The Inwood Sharks 2011 Swim Season registration is here! Please follow these simple steps and we’ll “stroke” our way into the 2011 season! Make checks payable to the Inwood Swim Club.

Printed copies of the forms will be at the Front Gate and may be picked up from the Guard starting on the 4/1/2011, if you are unable to print them. Registration will take place from April 1 – April 24th. Any registrations received after the 24th will be charged a $25 late fee.

NOTE:         All of the documents and forms below are required.

• Resident registration & t-shirt order form or the
  

• Former resident registration form & t-shirt order form.
  

• Complete the Parental Approval Form.
  

• Complete the Volunteer Information Form by signing up for your favorite volunteer positions(s).  Remember, your participation is vital to our team’s success
  

• Print and post the 2011 Swim team Handbook
  

• Print 2011 Schedule.(revised on 4/28/2011)
  

Try to contain your excitement and that of your swimmer(s) over the start of the swim season! We’re looking forward to another outstanding season!  See you at the pool!
