These low-water plants are approved by SAWS for landscapes in the San Antonio area. To guarantee eligibility for SAWS landscape rebates, you must only use plants from this approved list. To suggest additions to the list, contact the SAWS Conservation Division.

Inwood Activities Update
Inwood’s Activities Committee is up and running with its new co-chairs, Sara Ameduri and Amy Wilson.  They are excited to get the committee up and running and keep Inwood’s community spirit active and healthy. They welcome any suggestions or requests for event ideas as well as any neighborhood volunteers who want to join the committee!

Permits Required - Contractor Alert
As defined by our community documents all outside improvements to your home require an Inwood Permit from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).  This includes painting, fencing, roofing, landscape design, lighting, play sets and swimming pools.  read more
